Century Plaza Hotel and Tower Residences
2025 avenue of the stars

The iconic Century Plaza Hotel was built in 1966 by ALCOA and designed by Minoru Yamasaki. It stands 19 stories, and at that time was the tallest building in Century City. The Hotel was added to the National Trust for Historic Preservation in 2009. Re-imagined in 2021 with an all new interior and twin 44 story Tower Residence Condominiums. Units range in size from 700-2,500 square feet.

42-story, 140 unit condominium skyscraper. Completed in late 2009, the building has 42 floors, making it the 22nd tallest building in Los Angeles. The building was designed by Robert A. M. Stern. Units range in size from approximately 2,500 - 9000.


Century Woods
2100 Century Park West

Originally built in early 80's comprised of 4 story condominium buildings designed by Cliff May, it was redesigned in the late 80’s and 33 single family zero lot line homes were built. Recently the HOA added another adjacent property they developed with 10 townhomes.  Units range in size from approximately 2400 - 7000 square feet.

2160 - 2170 Century Park East

21-story, 480 unit twin tower condominium skyscrapers.  Completed in 1966, the building was designed by Charles Luckman.  Units range in size from approximately 800 - 1460 square feet. 


Century Hill
10100 Galaxy Way

20 acre park like complex with 280 units in both townhouse and single level style.  Completed in 1980, it was designed by John Kilbane.  Units range in size from approximately 1900 - 6000 square feet.


Le Parc
10100 Empyrean Way

10 acre park like complex with 180 units designed in a french chateau theme.  Completed in 1979, it was the first low rise development in Century City. Meandering waterways and beautiful landscaping create a very special place to live.  Units range in size from approximately 1900 - 3300 square feet.  


Century Towers
2220 - 2222 Avenue of the Stars

27-story, 330 unit twin tower condominium skyscrapers.  Completed in 1964, the building was designed by I.M. Pei. Units range in size from approximately 800 - 3500 square feet. 


Park Place
10101 Galaxy Way

14 acre park like complex with 416 units in 6 free standing 5 story buildings.  Completed in 1990, it was redesigned halfway through in 1987 to increase the size of the units.  Units range in size from 1400 - 2500 square feet.
